Yes, there will be a special treatment for this mod first birthday. I’ve planned to release a special content on the next year, what the content is still a secret until next month. And if possible, I will announce NProject Mod mini-tournament held by GRANS Studios. If you interested, you can join the tournament.
Then, what’s next?
I found that I’ve already fix almost all fixable bugs in ZH. From version 2.6 release I’m more often releasing new units instead fixes and balances. So maybe NProject Mod is nearly completion as a balance mod in version "2.Final" (or, estimated in version 2.9 or 2.10)
"nearly completion as a balance mod in version 2.Final"? So there’s any future version after that version?
Yes. As I promised, this mod will also includes two more generals, additional features, and game modes. But if I put those stuffs now this mod will be no longer a balance mod. So, I made another version of NProject Mod called "NProject Mod 3.0"

A new general appeared in NProject Mod 3.0
What is NProject Mod 3.0?
NProject Mod 3.0 (NPM 3.0) is the next level of NPM installment. Because it’s no longer fits with the early target of this mod (fixes and balances with some new units and features), sort of an expansion pack for NPM.
In this mod version you will find two more generals, one of them is shown above. There also game modes, more additional features, and much more new units. Also, in this mod version, General Leang will also have several changes so she will be no longer an unholy faction but a China faction.
For a little spoiler, there are some things that I’ve made but not released until now can be found in the "_test new units" map, like GLA Airfield, Tomahawk Storm, etc. Those "secret" stuffs will be released in NPM 3.0!
So, What will be included in version 2.Final?
For version 2.Final, I hope all fixable bugs removed, and there will be Demolition and Infantry Generals stage for Generals Challenge campaign, the currently disabled campaigns will be re-enabled and improved, including classic Generals and unreleased missions. There also several necessary changes for each generals, and better AI. So, I will not start NPM 3.0 project before I finished to these goals. Maybe I will also add more maps.
Then, if NPM 3.0 released, you will not release more fixes after NPM 2.Final?
No, when I’m working on NPM 3.0 and I found more things to be fixed, like if I found another bugs or improving the latest version AI. They will be released as patches for NPM 2.Final.
i need to change a NPM into a BIG file, how do i do that?
